Vic Lanza is the proud owner of  this 1969 Chevrolet Custom 20 pickup.  This truck has been in his family since it was new.  It was purchased, originally, by Vic's step dad who was an avid hunter and fisherman.  While he owned the truck, it traveled many old logging roads, and made many trips to the dump getting plenty of use during that time.  Vic inherited it from his step-father ten years ago, and at that point in time, decided it needed to be restored to a better condition.  The motor is the original 350 cubic inch V-8 that has been completely rebuilt, with a 10,000th inch over-bore.  It has an R/V cam, aluminum Edelbrock manifold and carburetor that leaves it pretty close to stock.  This is an original coil spring rear truck that Vic says gives it a pretty nice ride, that doesn't beat you to death.  The paint is a PPG product and the color is called "2005" Electric Blue Pearl (which can, also, be found on the PT Cruisers).  The painting was done by his son-in-law on Memorial Day weekend, (taking away his holiday)
