This beautiful 1972 Custom 20 belongs to Greg
Moore. This truck has a rebuilt Big Block 402 with performance
cam, MSD ignition, double roller timing chain, rods and lifters.
It has a Holly model 4150 Double Pumper carburetor to feed it and
headers with a performance Flow Master exhaust system to help it
breath. Greg chose to stay with the T-400 transmission to push
it along. He also chose to toss out the original suspension and
replaced it with an "Air Ride", air bag system. Other
modifications include 17" American Racing Wheels, 275-40-17"
Goodyear tires, Gaylord Hard tonneau cover, Line-X bed liner,
heavy duty chrome rear step bumper, shoulder harness seat belts, and
custom "Diamond tuck" interior. It has been painted "Candy Red" and Fuzzy dice added for that early rod
feel. Future plans will include an all new instrument cluster
with tach, a chrome out engine compartment, ceramic coating on the
headers and white Fuzzy dice (for Sunday driving) to boot.
