I am looking for the subject item and cannot seem to locate one. The Blazer has a steel bed, so I tend to believe that as long as I can get one for a fleetside steel bed pickup It would fit. It seems there are ones for sale for wood beds, but not fleetside steel beds. I am wondering if anyone has encountered this, and what did you do? Thanks in advance!

They are different than the wood bed rear cross sills. The one for the wood bed are formed so that the wood sets level to the top of it. I do not know of a manufacture of that particular sill, you may have to find one on an old bed that someone is going to part out. The ones for the wood beds may work, however I am not possitive of that. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com (http://www.ClassicHeartbeat.com)

Thanks WES , My problem is that I do not have "samples" Of each to take measurements, if I did, and it could be made to work, I would buy the one for the wood bed and modify it as needed to make it meet the need. If the width were correct, that would be half the problem. Strange no one has made a replacement one! Thanks. Hope someone else out there can help! Frank
