posi swap

i have 2 rear ends and one is posi. i want to put the posi unit in the other rear end that has 373 gears and fits my truck. Any ideas how i can make this happen?

What gear ratio is the possi? If it is 4:11 you won't be able to do it. The carrier is too small. WES
