please help

Im 16 and just got my first truck. Its a 1970 GMC Sierra with a 402 and 3 speed on the column, im having and few problems and any knowledge would be great. Anyone know if there is a seal or bushing that goes on top of the cowl where the wiper arm attaches to the wiper motor. If so where could i purchase one, i have looked on LMC Brothers and Carolina Classics and can't find anything

well im not sure theres no pic. the part im looking for (if in existence) goes right under the cowl and is outside of the truck. i have the seal inside the dash inside the interior from lmc. i dont know if there is a part outside of the truck where the wiper motor attaches out of the firewall right under the cowl

No seal is present on the outside of the cowl. The only seal there is the one that fits inside the mounting cup under the dash. The only other seal in the cowl area is the hood to cowl seal. WES
