What's goin on everybody! I am the proud new owner of a partially restored 1970 Chevy, w/ a SB 400(I know it's not stock). Anyways, I was wondering if anybody could give me info as to what exactly was OEM on a 70 Chevy short bed, 2WD. Thanks.

Well without posting the VIN there is no way to say if it was originally a 6cyl or V8 motor. Post the VIN and can then let you know this. Stock 6cyl. was a 250ci, with a 292 being optional, stock v8 was a 307 with the 350SB 4bbl or 402BB 4bbl being optional V8 motor.
