Its a 1980. 73k miles. Im the 2nd owner. The first was a close buddy of mine in Chico California. Ive owned it for the past 13 years and only put about 1,000 miles a year on it, (if that). It never sees the rain. Most of the time, it sits in the garage under a cover. Check out the pictures. (wife not included with car) We have been married for 30 years!
The car is my 6th child! In 1999, I had the car re-painted at Concours Elite in Chico Calif. The original color was baby poop brown. They basically took the car apart, stripped it to the glass and started over. The price of the paint job reflected the time involved. (3 months), but it was Well worth it! I always wanted a red Corvette. Im very tempted to finally buy a 2007 Corvette convertible. The dealer back in Chico wants to make a deal to beat all deals. They will also honor the no sales tax that we have here in Oregon. The catch is that I will have to take delivery in Ashland Oregon (the boarder). Not a bad deal though. It will be thousands less than the local Grants Pass Chevy dealer.!  Now, I just have to get myself to part with all that much money! :banghead:
LETS MAKE A DEAL!

Thanks Phil, but I think I had better pass on the Vette.
OK guys. I deleted the comments that had nothing to do with the threads. Phil, I never got to meet your wife when I was down to your place. Your a lucky man as am I with my wife. It seems to be a rarity for men to have wives that are genuinly interested in our vehicles. It sounds like Jay's wife is the same way. Having his truck involved somehow in his wedding. Cool beans.. A little off topic, but is that Line-x on the bottom of the cab? Very sharp and well done.

Thanks for the compliment on the truck. That is the original sound deadner underspray from the factory. We just cleaned it off real well and repainted it.

If I told you what I had in this truck, you would probably say, "There is a guy with more money than sense!"..! If you are serious, send me an email and I will think it over. (And to think I am starting on a '73 Blazer 4x4 to go with him.....! )
