HELP - brakes

Help me guys! I just picked up new brake shoes (drum) for the front of my 68 chevy lwb. Now I remember that the "pad" on one shoe is longer than the other but I don't remember which one goes toward the front. Thanks in advance.

the short padded shoe goes to the front, long padded shoe to the rear. lots of luck
