Alright, here is my dilemma. I was cruisin down highway 90 minding my own affairs, when I was pulled over as I had no tailights. No biggie. The cop even let me continue on my way without a ticket. That is a first for me. So I check and see that a 20 amp fuse was out. I replaced the fuse, then I had lights. But, when I used my signal light, the fuse blew again. Am I using to weak of a fuse? Any suggestions? thanks in advance.

sounds to me like a dead ground in the signal if that is the only time it blows...mine was blowing when i turned on my park lights and i found it grounding out to the bumper at the license plate light...just something to check...Anthony
Definately a dead short. Don't try to put in a heavier fuse as you could bun up the wire. Locate the short and fix it. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com (http://www.ClassicHeartbeat.com)

I had a problem similiar to that and found a piece of a broken signal cancel spring jammed in the signal switch. Do your signals cancel themselves when you turn the steering wheel back to center?

Well, it appears that one of the light bulbs on the back of the gauge cluster was sitting on the top of the circuit board and it was causing a short. All seems well for now. Hopefully, no more gremlins. I parked next to a ford the other day, I hope my truck didn't catch something. thanks guys.
