Well, Wes helped me find my "ghost part", a useable toolbox door with latch for my 71 chevy p/u. I was trying to figure out how to repair the rusted hinges so I asked Wes for a picture or 2 of an "installed" toolbox and his pictures made me realize my bed was cut...I don't have ANY metal underneath my toolbox hole which happens to be where i need to mount my hinges. Anybody have a rusted bed that they want to sell this section out of? I would even consider buying a whole bed (even though mine is in good condition) if it's over here on the east coast (in or around Virginia) if the price is right.
