There were not any made from the factory that way. However there were a couple of companies that streched them out for the rail road, and utilities industries. They always atract a lot of atention at the shows, because you never see them around. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

I got a chance to stop and look at the cab to day its in bad shape the doors are kit in and the drivers side rear corner looks bad it was dented in and some one started to drill holes in it to pull it out. if you open the doors and look down thier are no flors in it at all the rockers gone and a good part of the fire wall gone. Its a shame but every thing else fromt he flor up is in great shape. Im still thinking about picking it up and finding a regular cab and use it to do the strech. the cab is pritty neat the rear doors are the front doors turned around. driver on passenger side passenger on drivers side and then cut down to size. i dint cave the camera with but Im planning a trip back that way tuesday and I will have a camera with this time. So if i dont get a burb soon this may be my new truck.
