I have a 68 Chevy shortbed for sale. I have recently put in a fresh 355 4-bolt in it but my new baby is on the way, and unfortunately it has to go. The block has been bored but the rest of the parts are new. Some of the new parts include:

4340 balanced Eagle crank
4340 Prowler rods-5.7
Wiseco Pro-tru 12:1 pistons
Comp Cams roller .676 lift/308 dur.
Comp Cams .100 long, hardened pushrods
CompCams solid roller lifters
Crane Cams 1.6 roller rockers
Pro Action 220 iron heads
Weiand tunnel ram manifold
Holley 450 cfm carbs
MSD Pro Billet dist.
MSD Blaster coil
MSD 6-al box
Hedman Headers-coated
Flowmaster mufflers-2

The truck is equipped with an electric fan and optional flex fan. The TH350 has been rebuilt w/HD parts and a 3000 stall, and B&M Quicksilver shifter to put it in gear. And up front is tranny cooler. The rear is a posi 3.54 Dana but included is a narrowed 10 bolt 4.11 rear, as well as a set of Comp Engineering ladder bars w/ all brackets for mounting. The truck has the stock drum front brakes but I have a complete used dic front end that comes with the truck.

Many mods and new items inside and out:

front and rear roll pans
shaved marker lights
smooth tailgate (has rust in bottom)
custom bench seat (cut out for shifter)
carpet pad
kickpanels
instrument bezel
oil-temp-volt gauges
inside handles and cranks
drivers window regulator
glove box

The Engine Dyno 2000 rates this motor at well over 500 hp.

Will sacrifice for $6500

Great looking truck and motor. What kind of mileage does it get? http://classicheartbeat.com.westserver.net/ubb/smile.gif I wouldn't imagine that truck could be driven anywhere other than to shows. It is what my son has been looking for though. I'll think about it.
