My parents are trying to sell their Auto Parts Store in Coos Bay Oregon. The want to retire. They opened the store in 1983. Asking price is $350K. This includes the inventory ($186K), 5,500 sq ft. building (appraised at $169K), delivery vehicle, new computer system (still being installed), bearing press, brake lathe, furniture, fixtures and equipment. Over half of the shop is my dad's person play space. Plenty of space to build your own rigs/toys. The asking price is less than the value of the inventory & the building alone.

Coos Bay is on the southern Oregon Coast. It is about 2 hours West of Eugene and the one of, if not the largest metropolitan area on the Oregon coast. Coos Bay proper is appox. 25,000. The adjoining city, North Bend, is around 10,000. There is probably another 10,000 - 20,000 people in the surrounding area. The best part is it is located at the southern end of the Oregon Sand Dunes! See more on Coos Bay/North Bend at http://www.coos-bay.net/

If anyone is seriously interested, please email me at chris@imageink.com and I can put you in touch with my parents.
