One piece side glass FOR SALE
I've got both left and right one piece window glass for sale. It's brand new from Brother's Trucks and is just the two pieces of glass. I bought their kit but since I chopped my roof and their glass is tempered, I had to cut new glass. So... if you want to do a 1-piece glass setup on the cheap, you can buy felt wipers and the rest is just a little metalwork for the brackets, etc., or if you've got the kit and want a spare set of glass just in case, here's your chance.

The full kit at Brothers is $400 + shipping. I'll take $250 + shipping for the two pieces of glass.

Updated info... this glass is currently sitting in NC at Pardue's Customs. Tony Pardue will cut copies of the brackets that come in the original Brothers kit if you want... for FREE. That will give you MOST of the Brothers kit in that all you'll need are the felt wipers and the metal triangle that goes in the front corner of the window. But you'll need to take action pretty soon, as my brackets are about to go in the door.

Thanks,

Kenneth

Me too! But isn't the Blazer door "square" in the top rear corner like the Suburban?

The Blazer has the rounded corner like the trucks. This kit will not work on the Blazers, because just like Earl87gta says, the blazer does not have a rear track for the window to run in. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

Except that there's nothing special about the rearward part of the glass... The stock glass has to stay in there somehow. I'm not sure why this one wouldn't be able to do the same thing.

I would have him go a head and cut the parts . Im in NC so they wouldnt be that bad for me to get. I will have to compair my blazer door to the 68 truck door I have and see what the difrence is. I think the blazer uses the vent window as a guide to open and close the widow so when you remove it there is no track to keep the window in place as it goes up. i m almost tempted to try it.

The one piece glass still uses the factor front and rear tracks from the door... they are just cut shorter and moved a bit. If you decide you want to give it a whirl, the glass is in Jonesville.

Lemme know.

Thanks,

Kenneth
