Odd somethin' leak.

Well I just now have noted that the leak is not oil but is actually clearish and has a green cloudy substance in it it is leaking from inside the bellhousing on the trans. side of the fly wheel it smells like used oil, but what is the green stuff, I dont think it is coolant because I checked the oil and it was just fine I dont get it! It only comes out after the truck warms up then the stuff flys all over the place, coats the drive shaft and the starter and both of my exhaust pipes I am stumped.

Freeze plug on the back of the block?

I agree with OhioDan.. You may have a hole in one of your freeze plugs in the back of your motor. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

Dab yer finger in it and taste. If it's coolant, it'll have a kinda sweet taste. If it's oil, well, you know what oil tastes like?
