I've also been working on my bumper... smoothing it out as well. I bought a painted steel 67-70 bumper from Wes for the project. I studded the bumper bolts and cut slits for turn signal/running lights that match my taillights (only not as wide). Here are some progress pics--

lookin good XXL...i like the smooth look...if the marker lights are going into the bumper? what are you doing to the grill? just wondering out loud...Anthony

Thanks all...

lectricman, the grille lights will be gone so all I'll have are the two horizontal slits in the grille with painted trim around them.
