Has anyone heard of an extended cab model for the `72 Cheyenne C10?

Look on my longhorn site, there is a page on them.
Just remember the first is a fake.

The 1970 One ton Longhorn (one of only 1404 built) with only a TH350...soon to be CADDY powered and a TH350.

And now...another site. The caddy swap page (http://geocities.com/caddyoneton/) is under construction!

Hey thanks Longhorn!

I had looked at that site before, but I'd forgotten about it, my memory only being as long as certain things.

The reason I was wondering about extended cab pick-ups was that I had found one for sale on eBay. And I wasn't sure about it being a factory original. I know that, like now days, back in the 70's one could order from Chevy whatever they wanted and the railroads had 4-door extended cab pick-ups specially built. Anyway, here's the link to that sale if anyone is interested:

I thought about buying this one for a short time. Like the `68 on your site Longhorn, this truck is also in Arkansas. I emailed the seller and he replied that he 'thinks' that this truck is a longbed with a short box and possibly an older Dodge extended cab attached the to the cab.

Looks like a 'factory' conversion to me. I have 2 like that in my collection on the site...

Well, I thought about it for a while. But I guess I've got enough to work with right now.

Closed the deal on my 'Vette repurchase yesterday, so I've got some coin to spend on the `71 restore. http://classicheartbeat.com.westserver.net/ubb/smile.gif

Found one for you on eBay Longhorn: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1862490757
