View Full Version : How - To Series!!
We are working with a production company that is wanting to do a complete How-To series on restoring these trucks.... Not work being done on other vehicles that you can try to cross that information with our trucks, but actual work on the 67-72 Chevy/GMC Trucks!!! I have reviewed the first video called Restoring 67-72 doors to perfection and it is great!! This will be the first of several video tapes offered by Classic Heartbeat Pickup Parts. We hope to get into several customization tapes also!! We look forward to any or all suggestions as to what you would like to see. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com (http://www.ClassicHeartbeat.com)

I think that the FAQ's would make a great video in itself.
Rear fuel tank install, front disc conversion, rear disc conversion, under dash air install, bed wood install, van tilt install, power brake and power steering upgrade, HEI, one wire alt. Where do I stop ? Looking forward to the video. Any timeframe on release ?

We have one now, it is called "Restoring Doors to Perfection". I do not have a supply of them yet, but I have gone reviewed it. It is a great vidio, it has some humor, but is verry informative. It shows the lower 4" of the door skin being replaced with a patch panel and also the reassembly of the door and it's internal components. It even shows the replacement of the weatherstrip and how to rebuild the door control. There were a couple things that I felt that could be shown also like, replacing the inner door bottom, the dissasembly process and taking the process to primer. We will see what they have to say when I suggest that though.... WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com (http://www.ClassicHeartbeat.com)

Had a thought Wes, as long as the series covers from the front bumper to the back bumper, and all in between, should be easy for all of us to restore these old trucks.
We will try our best to cover as much as we can as fast as we can... LOL The Door video is ready for anyone who wants to order one now... WES www.classicHeartbeat.com (http://www.classicHeartbeat.com)

Well Wes, the door video is prolly the only one I dont need, the doors are not rusted and all hardware works, when you shut them it is solid---rats, any idea on what the next video will cover?
Well we think it will be rockers, front and rear door pillars and possibly rocker backing plates. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com (http://www.ClassicHeartbeat.com)
