Just a note, I couldn't stand seein' this thing go this cheap to someone else. I don't really need another dash so if anyone is interested let me know.

Heres a little tip that might save someone an engine. When building an engine like this I paint the lifter galley with a motor winding paint that is very slick. That helps the oil return to the pa faster which might help a bit when reving the motor high thru the gears like in racing. I take mine to about 660 when at the strip and never saw my pressure fluctuate at all. This is recommmended by Edelbrock but they use a different paint I think.

I would love to take my 402 apart and do that. But I need it for work and it's running sweet with over 117K on it. My next plan is a new intake and HEI.
