As if it wasn't on the back burner already...it is going further back...I think on just a warming shelf.
Looks like in the next week or two, I'll be moving out and can't take it with me. It is safe and sleeping quite well in the driveway here, and this way I can take my time on it (even more) and get it closer to right. I know the spare cab will be on it before it sees current tags...I have no place to store the cab, and its either get rid of it, or install it and fix the minimal rust at a later date.
*sigh*
I'll also be without an internet connection...HUGE FRIKEN BUMMER so I won't be posting a kajillion posts on here every night...but, our own place...cool. It's only a couple blocks from here (for those who don't know, we have been crashed here at my folks house a little over a year whule under-employed since leaving the army) Not a bad little dump either...biggest place we've had yet, good school, huge rooms and a semi-finshed basement too.
May be as soon as next weekend.
Cool thing is here though...if any of y'all are passing through...you are more then welcome to crash/visit here in good 'ole columbus.

Wow...no truck and no computer at the bat cave...what will I do with all that free time?

well, update, dad said no way in heck can it stay here...no garage...just sittin in the sun.
So this means I'll either have to slap it together with a couple bucks, (sub standard) or tow it to my cousin's farm about 80 miles from here and let it be yard art at her place for a while...I don't like my options.
As for free connections, in a city this size, they are impossable to use. my sister tried that route, every 5 min you gt booted, and the connection takes 10 to set up.
I'll just swing by here every 3 or 4 day s and spend a good 4 hrs on.
I don't see that lasting long...Road Runner is in my future.

Dang, that sucks Andy. Let me check, I might have a dial up connection you can use temporarily. I will know when I get back to Phoenix later this week.

****, hate seeing ya get pulled off your project. And, it's not right these classic trucks should be 'yard art', for any length of time. Especially when the owner's someone capable and knowlegable enough to make sure that they remain a fixture on the streets and highways of this great country where they were born to run.

Hope you enjoy the new place and are able to get back in here regularly. And, no, I didn't get tired of seeing the Caddy into Longhorn updates. http://classicheartbeat.com.westserver.net/ubb/smile.gif
