I finally got the pics of that windshield frame. Should I go ahead and throw them up on a photo hosting site, and post them, or do you just want me to email them to you? There are 8 pics total.

Here's the only bad spot. It could be cleaned up very easily, and the holes could be welded shut.

That one looks to be pretty bad off also. It makes you wish that the previous owners would have taken better care, to make sure the windshield gasket was sealed better. I think that Thank you verry much for trying to set me up with the patch panel, however I may have found one locally from a suburban.. It's not a 67 so the panel is slightly different, but I don't think that anyone will notice. If the deal falls through for that I will contact you. I know what patch panel you are talking about and we carry them. It is for pickups only though. The interior roof on a Suburban has a steeper pitch than a pickup does and is wider than the new patch that is out. That was my first thought was to just use that patch. It is the front inner roof patch panel. It runs from about where the top of the R/H vent window is to the top of where the L/H vent window is and is about 4" or 5" wide. It also includes the inside part of the windshield frame. I don't have it on my website yet, but we do sell them.... I guess I should add it to the patch panel section....
