Hope your not as old as me. If you are, you're an old fart too!......LOL...
Anyway, Happy Birthday! Hope you have a good one.

Thanks for the thoughts. Just a mere 36 years old. Bit of a gloomy day here with the TV etc full of stuff about what happened on last years birthday and the gathering clouds of war against Iraq. Still, managed to stuff my face full of Pizza and Beer and spend some quality time with the wife. (who will confirm that even at 36 I am showing all the signs of being an old fart, obsessing about my truck, complaining about teenagers, not understanding the latest music!)

I know about getting old. Have a b'day next week again. Not saying exactly how old but I have a son that is 36 and a grandson that is 14.

GJORGENSEN, wanna hear something really weird? I've got Lippy by a good long ways and I'm having my first kid in about 3 or 4 weeks. WOW... what was I thinking???? LOL......
Actually I'm real excited. Plan on spending a lot of time just loveing it (don't know if its a boy or gurl, don't care)
Gonna give it a little hammer and teach it how to work metal......LOL
366 days ago I was 36. Yesterday I was 37. I can't speak for LippyP, but I would have liked to hear a "Happy Birthday" without somebody tagging on some "9-11 sentiment" on the end. They're two different things, but for the rest of my life they will be one.
I'm not knocking anyone, just putting the thought out there for your consideration. It may be appreciated by other 9-11 birthday-ers.

efabman, congrats on the coming little one.Kids are great. Enjoy. Just remember he or she might not take to the hammer and then again maybe it might work. I have one of each, boy and girl, and neither one was interested in being a pilot like I was for a long time. My son is a bartender in the DFW area of Texas and my daughter has a couple of different jobs and raises my grandson. Maybe my grandson will take to getting an old truck in a couple of years when he gets his license. Maybe I will buy him one . I am sure I there is one in the Dallas area I can afford.
