This is a sweet customized 71 K-10 4X4. It is Bob Robertson's new toy. He recently won the truck on an ebay auction and flew down from Kenai, AK. to Redding, CA. to pic it up and drive it home. Sounds like a wonderful adventure to us and we hope he enjoys the trip. Bob decided to take advantage of our recent Barn Raising Sale and purchased enough parts to weigh that poor truck down for another short bed 4X4 project he is working on at home. What a lucky guy to have two of these beautiful trucks. This truck has a built up "96" LT1 350ci. engine out of an SS Impala, that Bob says runs like a scalded rabbit and a built 700R4 transmission to push it along. Some of the modifications include a full cage roll bar, 6" suspension lift, 2" body lift, and 35" B.F. Goodrich All Terrain tires. (We won't mention the Ford mirrors. HaHaHa!!) All kidding aside this is one great truck and we hope Bob gets years of enjoyment out of it.
